We would like to let you know that, according to art 13 of DF n. 196/2003, the data supplied you supplied upon registration has got the only purpose to carry out shipment and invoicing of your order. In case the requested details will not be supplied, the order will not be carried out.

Cose di Tè will be bind to treat as confidential all the data and will not disclose them to unauthorized persons, and will not use them but for the above mentioned reasons, unless under explicit authorization from the Client. The data could be communicated, previous subscription of confidentiality commitment, to the collaborators or workers appointed to data storing and to carry out the above mentioned actions (invoicing and shipping). The data will be shown upon request to the authorities licensed by law.

Cose di Tè informs you that for some services it uses societies of his trust, who carry out on his behalf technical and/or organizational duties. These societies are CdT direct collaborators and treat the data in quality of Data Controller.

According to art. 7 DL 196/2003 in any time you might wield your right to obtain the following info:
- the origin of your personal data
- finalities and way of data treatment
- logic applied in case of electronic means treatment
- the details of the data controller, the responsible and the designated representative according to art. 5, paragraph 2
- the subjects or categories at which the data might me disclosed, or that might come across the details as designed responsible of the Country territory, responsible or commissioned.

Moreover you have the right to obtain:
- the update, modification or, upon request, integration of your data
- cancellation, change to an anonymous status or block of your data in case of law violation, included those data for which keeping is not necessary according to the reasons for which the data have been taken or subsequently treated.

- for legitimate reasons to your personal data treatment, even though relevant to the reason of entry
- to the treatment of your personal data for advertising reason or direct sale or marketing research or commercial communication.
