Tiramisu with Matcha Tea
- 300gr mascarpone
- 3 eggs
- 100gr sugar
- 1 teaspoon of Matcha Tea
- ladyfingers qs
- pavesini qs
- Alkermes liqueur
- some pistachios for decoration
Beat the yolks with sugar. Add mascarpone and mix up to obtain a homogeneous cream. Beat the eggs white until foamy, then mix them stirring from bottom upwards gently.
Heat 1dl water, add a teaspoon of Matcha Tea, and wisk until the Tea is well dissolved.
Dip the cut-in-pieces ladyfingers in the Tea and place a piece on each glass. Then dip the pavesini in the Alkermes and make alternate layers of pavesini and ladyfingers. Top up with cream.
Finish with some coarsely chopped pistachios.
