Rice Pudding with Matcha Tea
Ingredients (for 1 serving)
- 50gr rice
- 1 red mullet
-70gr fish broth
- 1 tablespoon of Matcha Tea
- salt and pepper
Put to boil the 70gr fish broth.
Once boiling pour the Matcha Tea, mix well and add rice.
In the meanwhile, take the red mullet fillets and roll them abundantly on oil and salt, then roast it on hot plate.
Beware to have the skin side touching the hot plate, in this way the skin will be crunchy while the fillet will be safe from the high temperature.
When the rice is almost ready pour some cooking liquid on the bottom of the plate you will use to present the dish, then add a rice layer, a red mullet fillet, another rice layer and finally the crispy red mullet.
Add some extra-vergin olive oil and serve!
