Green Lavender Tea Cake
- 3 eggs
- 1 jar of yogurt
- 1 jar of sugar
- 1 jar of seed oil
- 1 sacket of baking powder
- 3 jars of flour
- 3 teaspoons of Green Lavender Tea
- a pinch of salt
Heat the seed oil and steep in it the Green Lavender Tea for about 8 hours.
Beat the eggs with sugar an a pinch of salt, the add flour, yogurt, the seed oil with Green Lavender Tea and the sacket of baking powder.
Mix carefully then pour on a previously buttered and floured cake mould.
Sprinkle sugar on top then bake at 170°-180°C for about 30 minutes.
