Ingredients (for 1 serving)
- 1 Matcha Tea teaspoon
- 200ml fresh whole milk
Take 1/3 milk at about 60-70C and add 1 Matcha Tea teaspoon. Beat all (either with a bambou or electric wisk) until obtaining a dense jade-green foam.
Add to the remaining milk, already heated and foamy.
